2013 Mile Tracker
In 2012, it was my new years resolution to "move" 2012 miles. This was in an effort to keep moving- mainly running, but also biking or walking or snowshoeing, whatever it may be- all year round! It took me until December 3, 2012 to complete all of my miles, but I did it! This year, I definitely thought I would be going further. The way the first four months looked, I should have been done by July 1st! BUT, at the end of April I started doing an hour of Turbofire 6 days a week and I rest 1. I am still doing a little running and biking, and my pace has improved immensely. Unfortunately, the miles aren't adding up as fast as they were when I was only biking and running- but not to worry, I will reach 2013!

Weight
If you know anything about me, you know I was a big athlete growing up. I went straight from school to karate to hockey practice at least 4 days a week. A small snowboarding injury in 2007 caused me to not be able to do much moving for quite a while, and I found a lot of solace in food. Chocolate doesn't ask questions... chocolate understands.
The heaviest that I every got was 185 during my freshman year of college. As you can see, I have gone up and down and spending a month and a half in Europe last summer didn't help. However, I have been somewhat consistent recently and I'm 1/3 of the way through my first Beachbody challenge, which has changed my life. I'm pretty muscular so I'm not too unhappy with where I'm at, but I'm really excited to see what the future holds!
Fact: People who weigh themselves more often have more success losing weight! It's not just about numbers, though! It is absolutely about fueling your body with the right nutrients and being healthy!
